Rural outreach programs

Permanent fully equipped rural centers with surgical facilities at

Hosur in association with Titan Industries and Hosur Industrial Association. This center offers affordable and quality ophthalmologic care to patients in and around Hosur.

It also offers surgical and therapeutic care at very low cost.

Yelandur in association with Karuna Trust, this 25-bedded hospital with full-fledged surgical and diagnostic facilities offers the entire gamut of eye care to this largely tribal area.

Cataract Screening and Surgical Camps.

Cataract screening and surgical camps are conducted on a weekly basis statistics of the same are given in annexure.

External Urban Clinics

Specialty Diabetic Clinic in association with Samatvam and Jnana Sanjeevini, focusing on diabetes related ophthalmologic complications. This clinic is highly subsidized and also aids in our research activities

HIV/AIDS Clinic, a focused effort on treating ophthalmologic complications in patients with HIV/AIDS.

Free Paediatric Ophthalmology Clinic in association with the Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health. This free clinic focuses on pediatric ophthalmologic problems like cataracts, systemic diseases, squint and refractive errors.

Lions Club Jayanagar a relationship that has helped us deliver surgical treatment to over 5000 patients in the past 18 months.

National Association For the Blind Karnataka a wide-ranging agreement that has seen us participating as NAB's partner in delivery of ophthalmologic care.

Heart and Hands for the Handicapped, USA helps us to raise funds on an annual basis for our community efforts, especially for children.

School Screening Programs

To detect and treat ophthalmologic problems in children at an early stage. This activity is conducted regularly and covers a large number of students.
