sanctum sanctorum where, patient care, safety and operational
efficiency are the bywords, which supplement surgical skills.The
Operation theatre complex at Vittala International Institute of
Ophthalmology, exemplifies our commitment towards excellence in
patient care, and our core values of bringing the best standards
from world over to our practice. Spanning the 1st floor of the
hospital, the modular designed complex has four fully equipped
theatres, supplemented by a Sterile Supply Services which meets
international standards.
The Spacious OT complex has been designed in a modular fashion so
that sterile and unsterile zones do not overlap with easy equipment,
patient and personnel movement. The heating, ventilation and air
conditioning of the entire complex is compliant with international,
and NABH standards with individual control panels in each OT to
monitor humidity, temperature, medical gases and the lighting. Our
sterile services department which provides a flow of sterile
instruments for surgeries is equipped with state of the art
Tuttaneur autoclaves.
The OT also conforms to the highest fire safety standards
